maple syrup

rice vinegar

soy sauce

garlic clove

green onions
finely chopped
Red pepper flakes
to taste
A few sprigs of fresh cilantro
chopped
Instructions
Cook the noodles according to the package instructions.
Prepare the sauce: In a bowl, mix all the other ingredients until smooth.
Assemble the dish: Divide the sauce between two bowls. Drain the noodles and toss them in the sauce until well coated.
