Instructions
Peel the onions, carrots and potatoes, then roughly chop all the vegetables.
Fry in oil for 5min.
Add the stock cube and pour in water to cover the vegetables. Bring to the boil and cover. Simmer for 30min.
Blend the soup. Add the cream. Enjoy!
