Finely dice the tomatoes, onion and chili pepper. Finely chop the herbs.
Mix all the ingredients for the patties in a bowl. Adjust the amount of flour according to the consistency of your mixture. It should be sticky enough not to fall apart when you take a large tablespoonful.
Prepare the sauce: mix the yoghurt, crumbled feta, pressed garlic and chopped dill.
Heat ½ cm of oil in a frying pan. Drop in a large tablespoon of the mixture and flatten with the back of a spoon. Repeat the operation, depending on the size of your frying pan. Turn the patties over when golden-brown (approx. 5-6min).
